TOS is grateful for the memorial contribution given by Sally Olsson in tribute to her husband, Dr. Ray Andrew Olsson.

Dr. Olsson was a longtime resident of our community who came to Tampa to continue a medical career that began in the U.S. Army. He was an accomplished cardiovascular physician, University of South Florida Emeritus Professor, avid researcher, and international scientist who worked with students and peers from all over the world. 


He also is remembered for his sense of humor and love of music. It was a mutual love of classical music and opera that was the first of many common interests shared with Sally, who is a member of the TOS alto section. To learn more about Dr. Olsson's story,
